Jess Hurrell, a prominent UK influencer celebrated for her stylish interiors and motivational social media presence, has sadly passed away at the age of 42 after a courageous eight-year struggle with cancer.
Her family shared the devastating news on her Instagram account on Friday, indicating that Jess had died earlier this month following her lengthy battle with the disease. In their heartfelt message, they noted that Jess’ “positive energy was infectious,” and many were unaware of the difficult challenges she faced privately.
“Even tackling this horrible disease for over 8 years, people couldn’t believe how positive and strong she was,” her family wrote. “She always skipped, smiled and powered through life. We are heartbroken and she will be remembered forever. Rest in peace my darling xxx.”
With over 94,000 followers on Instagram, Jess was known for documenting her chic home transformations, treasured family moments, and favorite recipes. She fostered a vibrant community through her blog, “Gold Is A Neutral.”
Jess is survived by her husband, David, and their two young children.
