Following a successful server maintenance, Street Fighter 6 has launched its latest update, accompanied by a comprehensive set of patch notes detailing new features and character modifications.
Central to this update is the collaboration between Monster Hunter Wilds and Street Fighter 6, introducing fresh EX costume colors, crossover items, and additional content to the game.
The update also includes minor adjustments for characters Chun-Li, Lily, and Sagat, primarily focusing on bug fixes. Notably, it addresses a previously identified glitch that enabled Sagat to execute his heavy Tiger Uppercut with increased speed.
September 2025 Patch Notes
Battle Hub
The collaboration with Monster Hunter Wilds brings a temporary makeover to the Battle Hub, featuring a new Street Voter event titled “White Wraith vs. Demon.” Participants can earn commemorative stamps, unique wallpapers, challenger effects, and sounds from the News section. Additionally, a challenge to obtain the Wyvern Jawblade avatar gear is now live, and the Monster Hunter Fighting Pass has returned.
Goods Shop
The reissued Monster Hunter Fighting Pass is available once again at a reduced price due to its popularity. The update includes adjustments to the point system for tier rewards, making it easier for players to collect them. Those who previously unlocked rewards from the initial Fighting Pass are not required to reclaim them. Players should check their inventories to view items already received.

Warning Regarding Replays
Despite no changes being made to battle versions in this update, some replay features may encounter issues when utilizing techniques that have recently been adjusted.
Training Mode Updates
The update resolves several training mode issues, including:
- A problem where a meaty attack would consistently connect if the Reversal setting was set to “Do Nothing,” regardless of block settings.
- A fix for the Fight Request feature, ensuring it concludes correctly when accessing a replay from “Open Recent Replays” while searching for a match.
Character Adjustments
Chun-Li
Multiple moves, including Orchid Palm, Snake Strike, Forward Strike, and Senpu Kick have undergone changes. The development team has acknowledged that perfect parries of Serenity Stream attacks do not apply initial scaling to counterattacks under certain conditions. This is a design choice intended to allow players to continue or cancel the stance after a successful perfect parry. As a result, changes have been made to ensure that the stance will always cancel when attacks are perfect parried, allowing the initial scaling to take effect.
Lily
Corrections have been instituted regarding the execution of Lily’s rapid cancel Assisted Combo (crouching light kick), specifically addressing an issue where releasing the Assist button immediately after the first hit would prevent the subsequent attack (crouching light punch) from being performed, even if players buffered a down+light Attack during the crouching light kick recovery.
